I had considered other companies to design and host my website though I ultimately chose Therapy Prime. I valued their insight into what it means to be a therapist. They understand the ins and outs, the practical and unique needs that we as therapists require and it is reflected in their design and implementation of your site.
That being true, what I really appreciated was the level of customer service I experienced. The patience, the walking me through my options and choices, the listening to and incorporation of (when practical) of my own ideas. Lou was absolutely incredible! Even after the site went live, he reached out to see if there was anything else I needed. And the great thing is, he is still there for when I do need help. Thanks Lou! My site will evolve and Therapy Prime made it easy to change what I need to change and to update as my needs and population changes. I have an external blog that they were able to link to my site as well as help me to start up a new blog on the new site. I am so happy with the result that I wish I could keep them all to myself! I do hope they continue to evolve their design styles, keep them fresh. Maybe - hint, hint - offer them to existing clients first?? :-) Bottom line: solid philosophy, outstanding customer service, awesome communications skills, deep insight into client needs. Lou at Therapy Prime was absolutely wonderful when he designed my website. He exhibited excellent customer service; he was technologically on point and explained everything efficiently and with ease. In addition, he designed my logo and provided SEO services for me for several months. Part of Therapy Prime’s services include updates to your website, however, the website is very user friendly and extremely easy to update, if you choose to make the changes yourself.
I highly recommend Therapy Prime as the process of designing my website was quick, easy and economical. Lou is extremely receptive to questions, ideas and feedback on your site. He wants to make a great product and believes in excellent customer service. |

To anyone who is looking for a new website or to revamp their current one, Therapy Prime is THE way to go.
I'm sure I could have done tons of research to figure it myself or paid thousands of dollars to have one designed, but who has that time and who has that money? Lou and Therapy Prime have been a wonderful hidden gem. The process was fast and I have the exact website that I want. Lou was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Almost like a genie in a bottle, I asked and Therapy Prime delivered. He even made and implemented suggestions that I didn't even think about or knew to be possible. If only every aspect of running a therapy practice was this easy. Not only was the development process super easy, I can look forward to continued help with any updates I add down the line.
