  • If you don't have time we'll still make a great enewsletter using your standard preferences.

2) We will set up everything &  handle the technical stuff

  • We’ll create your own database on our server and ask for all your current email that you would like to add.
  • We’ll make a new “Sign Up Form” and embed it on your website and connect all of your existing forms to your list
  • Every email that signs up will automatically be put on your list and you will get a notification.

3) We’ll design a custom newsletter

  • Our clean and professional designs will make your agency look successful.
  • We'll use the news, content and calls to action you choose each month.
  • We'll send you a version to review before sending it out.

4) We’ll email it to your contacts and track results

  • Once we receive your approval, we will send it out to all of your emails.
  • All messages will go out from your email address so people can reply to you.
  • We'll track results including opens, clicks, new subscriptions and more.

Common Questions

Can I send to a purchased list of email addresses?
No. Our email marketing services require that you send only to people who are current customers or who have specifically opted into receiving your content. 

Sending completely unsolicited email is illegal and it can lead to our servers getting blacklisted by major email providers when too many messages bounce or when the message is labled as spam by too many recipients.
Is there a Contract?
No. Everything we do at Therapy Prime is month-to-month.

If you want to cancel, we just ask that you let us know before we build any emails for the following month.
Does Therapy Prime Provide All the Content?
We can provide content for your emails, however we've found that the most successful email campaigns are heavily weighted toward content that comes from the practice. 

If you don't give us anything to use, we'll create content to fill your newsletter but we prefer to get content from you.
